In addition to FHA, VA, and Conventional loans, I can also offer nonQM loan products. The nonQM Products I offer are DSCR loans for investors and bank statement loans for self-employed individuals. Our bank statement loan products do not require taxes, W2’s, paystubs, or other traditional means of income documentation.
