A resident of Colorado Springs since 2002, Rachel has roots in both Colorado and Utah. Her husband, Cregg Terasa, is a current real estate agent in Colorado. Rachel has assisted him in various capacities through his career in real estate. Being so involved in the home buying and selling side helped Rachel decide to pursue a career in the real estate field herself, by getting licensed as a mortgage loan officer.

Rachel’s interests include art, fitness, hiking, science, and geology, to name a few.

Rachel received an Associates of Applied Science for Personal Fitness Training in 2013 from IMI. Her passion for nature and wildlife conservation led her to volunteer as a Docent Interpretive Naturalist, at both Bear Creek and Fountain Creek Nature Centers. When Rachel has time off you can always find her exploring the mountains and wild areas abundant in this beautiful part of the world.

Rachel’s ultimate goal is to one day own and operate a non-profit nature preserve and rehabilitation center somewhere in Colorado.
