I grew up in Houston, Texas, and graduated from the University of Houston with a bachelor’s in Finance. I have a strong background in Banking and Financial Services and I’m very passionate about helping others. In addition to FHA, VA, and Conventional loans, I can also offer nonQM loan products like Debt Service Coverage Ratio loans for investors looking to acquire additional non-owner-occupied investment properties.  For self-employed individuals, I offer bank statement loan products that do not require taxes, W2’s, paystubs, or other traditional means of income documentation.
